David Price
Founder & Senior Surveyor
David founded Wolverhampton Surveyors after over 18 years working for national practices. A Wolverhampton native, he has an encyclopaedic knowledge of local property types and has personally conducted over 2,000 surveys across the West Midlands. He's known for his meticulous eye for detail and straight-talking advice.
James Hartley
Lead Building Surveyor
James joined the team six years ago after working with a regional surveying firm in Birmingham. He specialises in Level 3 Building Surveys on older properties and is particularly sought after for his expertise in identifying hidden structural issues. Clients regularly comment on his ability to explain complex problems in simple terms.
Sarah Mitchell
Residential Surveyor
Sarah is the newest member of our team but brings fresh energy and five years of experience from residential surveying in the West Midlands. She's particularly popular with first-time buyers — her warm, reassuring manner and clear written reports make the often daunting home-buying process far less stressful.
