Common Questions About Getting a Survey Quote
In most cases, we can book your survey within 3–7 working days of your enquiry, depending on availability and location. For urgent cases, we'll always do our best to accommodate you. Just let us know your timescales when you get in touch.
To provide you with an accurate quote, it's helpful to know: the property address, the type of property (terraced, semi-detached, detached, flat etc.), the approximate age of the property, the approximate size (number of bedrooms or approximate square footage), and the type of survey you require. Don't worry if you're not sure — we can advise you on the most appropriate survey type.
We provide fixed-price quotes based on the property type, size, and the survey required. Once we provide a quote, the price won't change unless you specifically request additional services (such as a valuation added to a Level 2 survey). There are no hidden fees.
